Artistic events organized by the Foundation are born from dialogue, or rather a specific "poly-logue" among creators, organizers, sponsors and residents of the city. As the results of our social studies indicate, the clash of these different perspectives and points of view produces works of urban art which are becoming an increasingly important marker of Łódź identity. As a result of the activities of the Foundation in Łódź, among others, the Urban Forms Gallery, a permanent display of street art in the public space of the city, was created. Currently, the Gallery consists of over 50 large-format paintings – murals – placed directly on the facades of buildings situated mainly in the city center. They form an artistic trail accessible to all residents and visitors to Łódź.
Although large-format painting is the flagship form of our activity, we initiate and engage in many other actions related to Łódź urban culture, education, science and city life. Their results may not be as well known as the murals of Łódź, but this activity remains very important to us, because we believe that it brings many positive social benefits.
