Okuda is one of the most prominent contemporary representatives of urban art. Similarly to many others, he started as a street artist, but his works began to be recognized very early. He has collaborated with numerous festivals and galleries in New York, Paris, London and Berlin.
His works are compositions consisting of multi-colored and multiplied geometric forms that harmoniously interpenetrate with representations of animals and people. These works, inspired by surrealism, pop art and ethnic art, have a clear political and social message. The artist poses existential questions about the tension between the human nature along with its roots and modernity, capitalism, and contemporary formulas of social coexistence.
